FAQs – Everything You Need to Know Before the Big Night
Short hair is shoulder-length or above with low volume. Long hair includes anything below the shoulder blades or very thick hair
(e.g. thick, curly, or extensions). Please select the correct option when booking.
If the booking does not match your hair type and we need extra time or product, an additional invoice may be sent after the service. We recommend being as accurate as possible, otherwise on the day we may not be able to do the hairstyle you are wanting in your time-slot you have booked, if you have not booked extra time for long/thick hair.
Absolutely! If you have a specific hair or makeup reference, send it to our team as early as possible. It helps us prepare and deliver exactly what you want.
Each service takes approximately 60–90 minutes. Combo packages may take up to 2 hours. If you need to be ready by a specific time, please let us know in advance.
Yes! If you’re booking with friends, we recommend doing it early to guarantee availability. Our School Ball slots fill up quickly.
We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Delays of over 15 minutes may impact the completion of your service or incur extra fees depending on the schedule.
